NHS SERVICES

Arundel Pharmacy provides several NHS services, including dispensing NHS prescriptions, the Pharmacy First scheme, repeat prescription ordering, and health checks.

Pharmacy First lets patients get treatment for 7 common conditions—like shingles, infected insect bites, urinary tract infections, and sore throats—directly from the pharmacist without a GP visit.

Other NHS services include:

  • New Medicine Service

  • Blood pressure checks

  • Contraception advice and support

  • Discharge Medicines Service

  • Signposting to other healthcare professionals

PRIVATE SERVICES & CLINIC

We offer a wide range of private services, including Anti-Malarial Tablets, Blood Pressure Checks, Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC), Private Prescriptions, Men’s and Women’s Health support, as well as Weight Management Services. These comprehensive options are designed to meet your individual health needs with expert care and confidentiality.

Other private services we offer include treatment and management for a variety of common conditions such as Acid Reflux, Conjunctivitis, Ear Infections, and Erectile Dysfunction. We also provide Facial Hair Removal, support for Migraine relief, and solutions for Nausea. Additionally, we assist with Period Delay and help alleviate Period Pain. Our services extend to addressing Premature Ejaculation, managing Psoriasis, and treating Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections in women.

  • Please note that all consultations are by appointment only. Clinics may carry a minimum consultation fee, plus the cost of the medicine. Services are subject to service availability

This new service is expected to free up GP appointments for patients who need them most and will give people quicker and more convenient access to safe and high quality healthcare, aiming to address health issues before they get worse.

Currently, NHS patients in England must visit their GP to access prescription only medication, meaning repeated GP visits and delays in treatment.

We offer a more convenient way to access healthcare that includes support with healthy eating, exercise, stopping smoking, monitoring your blood pressure, contraception, flu and vaccinations.
